Where we ship

Gunderwear ships worldwide with Track & Trace. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to easily track your parcel. You will receive this by email and in your account on the day of shipment, no later than 4:00 PM.

Free shipping

For orders with a value of €250 or more, we offer free shipping.

Netherlands - PostNL (48 hours): €3.75 per order
Netherlands - PostNL (24 hours): €4.25 per order

Belgium - Deutsche Post: €5.50 per order
Belgium - PostNL: €7.75 per order

Europe - Deutsche Post: €5.50 per order
United States - PostNL: €12.50 per order
Rest of world - Deutsche Post: €8.00 per order

If your parcel is shipped with Deutsche Post and you live outside Germany, it will be delivered by a local Deutsche Post partner. In most cases, this is your country's national postal service. You can check your tracking number on both the Deutsche Post website and the website of the local postal service. The local postal service often provides more detailed and up-to-date information about the status of your parcel.

How long delivery takes

Netherlands: 1-2 days. Order before 4:00 PM on a business day and your parcel will be shipped the same day.

Belgium - Deutsche Post: 5-7 days. Order before 3:00 PM on a business day and your parcel will be shipped the same day.

Belgium - PostNL: 1-2 days. Order before 4:00 PM on a business day and your parcel will be shipped the same day.

Germany - Deutsche Post: 3-5 days. Order before 3:00 PM on a business day and your parcel will be shipped the same day.

Europe: 5-7 days. Order before 3:00 PM on a business day and your parcel will be shipped the same day.

Worldwide: 7-15 days. Order before 3:00 PM on a business day and your parcel will be shipped the same day.

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, strikes, extreme heat, natural disasters, etc.

Although we do our best to deliver within the stated timeframes, we cannot offer a guarantee. In the event of delays, we recommend checking your tracking number via the tracking page of the national postal service in your country. If at least 14 days have passed since the expected delivery date or there have been no tracking updates for 14 days, you can contact us.

Shipping to parcel lockers and parcel machines

We ship to parcel lockers and parcel machines at no additional cost. We only do this if you have a personal box number or customer number linked to the machine. Always enter this number in the second address field with your order. Examples include DHL Packstation, bpost bbox machines and InPost Parcel Lockers.

For customers in the Netherlands who want free delivery to a PostNL parcel locker, this works differently. Simply enter your home address with your order and select “Nearest parcel locker” as the shipping option. Our system will then automatically select the nearest available parcel locker.
