Each month a new surprise.
With the GUNDERWEAR Surprise Underwear Subscription, a new piece of men's underwear selected around your preferences arrives each month. You choose the styles you like and provide your waist measurement, while the brand, colour and exact design stay a surprise. Dave mainly selects items from new collections. Shipping is included, and you can skip, pause or cancel the subscription whenever needed.

How to pay by debit card instead of credit card
You can pay for your GUNDERWEAR subscription only by credit card or debit card. iDEAL is currently not supported for subscriptions by our webshop provider Shopify.
Good news: most Dutch bank cards have already been, or are now being, replaced by cards with debit card functionality. These cards have a card number, expiry date and often a CVC/CVV code. You can use these details to complete the subscription just like you would with a credit card.
How does it work in practice?
At checkout, choose credit card/debit card.
Enter the details shown on your new bank card: card number, expiry date and CVC/CVV.
The monthly payment will then be charged automatically to your debit card.
Do you still have an older Dutch bank card without a card number? You can subscribe once your bank card has been renewed, or use a debit or credit card as an alternative.
You choose what you wear. The rest stays secret.
You choose in advance whether you want to receive jockstraps, briefs, trunks, or a combination, and provide your waist measurement in centimeters. I convert that to the correct size for each brand. You never see the brand, color, or style in advance.
How it works: you make your choice, I personally select a suitable item, you receive the first Surprise within a few days, and after that a new discreetly packaged surprise every month.
Something really different every month
I keep track of which products you have previously received through the subscription. That’s why you will never receive the same item twice. I vary as much as possible in brand, color, print, material, fit, and design. You will mainly receive new collections, with occasionally a special design from an earlier collection.

What is my Surprise worth?
This is not a discount subscription where every delivery is guaranteed to be cheaper than buying items separately. The retail value varies per item: one month it may be slightly above and another month slightly below the subscription amount.
On average, you will never pay more through the subscription than if you bought comparable items separately. Personal selection and shipping are included.

Kan ik vooraf zien welk product ik ontvang?
Nee. Je kiest alleen de modellen en tailleomtrek; merk, kleur en uitvoering blijven geheim.
Ontvang ik altijd een nieuwe collectie?
Voornamelijk wel. Soms selecteer ik ook een bijzondere uitvoering uit een eerdere collectie.
Kan ik hetzelfde artikel twee keer ontvangen?
Nee. Ik houd bij wat je eerder hebt ontvangen en selecteer altijd een uniek artikel.
Zijn de verzendkosten inbegrepen?
Ja, bij iedere maandelijkse Surprise.
Hoe kan ik betalen?
Voor een abonnement is momenteel een creditcard of debitcard nodig. iDEAL ondersteunt geen terugkerende abonnementsbetalingen. Dit kan veranderen wanneer Wero volledig is uitgerold.
Kan ik een levering overslaan, pauzeren of opzeggen?
Ja. Dit regel je via je abonnementsomgeving. Opzeggen kan wanneer je wilt.
