How long does shipping take?
If you have placed your order before 15:00 (17:00 for the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL), it will be shipped the same day. Check the page dispatch for more information about the shipping time.
Which size should I choose?
Choosing the right size is always difficult, especially if you have not worn clothes from the brand before.
The best way to determine your size is to use a tape measure to measure your waist. Do this at the point where the waistband meets the body.
On each product page there is a table with the sizing of the relevant brand. Here you can look up which size (S, M, L etc.) fits you best based on the number of centimeters measured.
How do I measure my waist size?
- Grab a measuring tape.
Use a flexible measuring tape, such as those used by tailors. - Find the right place.
Place the measuring tape where your underwear band would normally sit. This is usually just below your belly button, but this can vary from person to person. - Relax your stomach.
Stand up straight, breathe normally and do not pull in your stomach. - Measure around your waist.
Wrap the measuring tape around your waist without pinching it. Make sure the tape is straight and tight but not too tight. - Read the size in centimeters.
This number is your waist size. Check our size chart to see which size corresponds to it.
Why is there no XS/XXL Multipack available?
Due to a limitation in the website software of Gunderwear, we are currently unable to make all combinations available.
This may become possible in the future. As soon as it does, we will Multipackadd directly.

Do you ship to a parcel point?
For customers living in the Netherlands it is possible to send packages to a PostNL parcel point. When checking out, choose the shipping option "PostNL - Nearest Parcel Point".
