How to pay with a debit card instead of a credit card

 

You can cancel your subscription at Gunderwear Payments can only be made by credit or debit card. iDEAL is currently not supported for subscriptions by our webshop provider, Shopify.

 

Good news: most Dutch debit cards have now been (or are being) replaced by a debit card. This card has a card number, an expiration date, and often a CVC/CVV code as well. You can use this to complete your subscription, just like with a credit card.

 

How does that work in practice?

 

At checkout, select credit/debit card.

 

Enter the details on your (new) payment card: card number, expiry date and CVC/CVV.

 

The monthly payment will then be automatically debited from your debit card.

 

Do you still have an older debit card without a card number? Then you can only subscribe once your debit card has been renewed, or you can use a (debit) credit card as an alternative.

How long does shipping take?

If you have placed your order before 15:00 (17:00 for the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL), it will be shipped the same day. Check the page dispatch for more information about the shipping time.

Which size should I choose?

Choosing the right size is always difficult, but we have made this easier with the table below.

A pant size is referred to as Width x Length. If it is 32×34, then your width is: 32. If it is 29×34, then your width is: 29. And so on.

Another way to choose the right size is to use a measuring tape to measure your waist. Do this at the point where the waistband sits on the body and refer to the size chart below:

Why is there no XS/XXL Multipack available?

Due to a limitation in the website software of Gunderwear, we are currently unable to make all combinations available.

This may become possible in the future. As soon as it does, we will Multipackadd directly.

The underpants do not fit or are not comfortable

Subscription: Do the underpants not fit or are they not comfortable? Return it unused and unwashed in the original packaging with the attached labels and you will receive a replacement next month. You will then receive two pieces. If necessary, adjust your size in your profile.

Loose underwear: Contact us to register a return.
